The CPSE appoints Chris Angermuller, Fire Chief, Windsor Severance Fire Rescue, CO, to the Commission on Professional Credentialing representing CFOs who are agency heads protecting populations less than 50,000.
Chris Angermuller, DPA, is the fire chief for Windsor Severance Fire Rescue (CO), an agency accredited by the Commission on Fire Accreditation International (CFAI). Chief Angermuller has been with this department for over one year. Before becoming fire chief, he worked as a Deputy Fire Chief at Grand Junction Fire Department (CO).
Chief Angermuller is a graduate of the Fire Service Executive Development Institute at the International Association of Fire Chiefs and the Executive Fire Officer Program at the National Fire Academy. He has a doctorate in Public Administration from Liberty University, a Master’s in Public Administration from the University of Kansas, and a bachelor’s degree in Public Administration with an emphasis on Fire Administration from Park University
He earned his Chief Fire Officer Designation in 2016 and Chief Training Officer Designation in 2018.
