Take advantage of the extended networking opportunities by staying at the conference host hotel.

Registration to attend the Excellence Conference must be completed prior to booking a hotel room.

Once your registration is finalized you will receive a link giving you access to make hotel reservations in the CPSE block.

CPSE has reserved a block of rooms at the Caribe Royale Orlando, an all-suites hotel, at a discounted rate. Rates are based on single/double occupancy. Additional adults are $20.00 each per night. The hotel cut-off is Monday, March 10, 2025, or until room block is full, whichever occurs first.

• Queen Double – $259.00 per night plus taxes and fees (first available King Bed or two Queen Beds) plus taxes and an additional $20/day resort fee

Reservations cancelled within five (5) days of arrival will be charged one night’s room and tax, including no-shows.

The Caribe Royale has extended the group room rate for three days prior to and three days after the conference dates, based upon room availability.

Air Travel

Orlando International Airport (MCO)

The Orlando International Airport is 18 miles away from the conference hotel. 

Ground Transportation

Taxis, Uber, and Lyft are available throughout Orlando for transportation to and from the hotel and surrounding areas.

Shuttle van service through Mears Transportation Group is available from/to the airport and hotel.
