The mission of the Center for Public Safety Excellence®, Inc. (CPSE®), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is leading the fire and emergency service to excellence through the continuous improvement process of accreditation, credentialing, and education.

The CPSE Excellence Conference brings the most inquisitive and progressive minds in the fire and emergency service together for a three and one-half-day conference to advance agency accreditation, promote professional credentialing, and encourage leadership.

Regardless of sponsor level, all signed contracts are due no later than December 16, 2024

 

This Agreement will not constitute a joint venture, partnership, or any other form of business arrangement or organization other than the mutual understanding and the rights and obligations of the Parties as expressly set forth herein. Neither Party shall have the authority to bind the other Party or make any commitments of any kind for or on behalf of the other Party nor act as an agent or partner of the other for any purpose whatsoever.

 

Cancellation Policy:

 

In the event that CPSE cancels the Excellence Conference due to an act of God, declaration of war, civil unrest, epidemics, pandemics or outbreak of communicable disease, quarantines, major weather event, occurrences that could directly or indirectly impair travel or any other act or event that causes cancellation or rescheduling of the conference, CPSE shall determine and refund to sponsor its proportionate share of the balance of the aggregate fees received which remains after deducting expenses incurred by CPSE. In no case shall the amount of refund exceed the amount paid by sponsor.

 

No refunds will be given for cancellations received after January 31, 2025.

 

Your firm is responsible for 100% payment of fee with your signature on this contract.
